Phase 1

The first selection begins from the plant. The harvest manually happens only through the use of scissors. All the fruits are not picked up but only those that have reached the correct maturation.

Phase 2

The citrus fruit crops hardly reach the establishment for the second selection before in a machinery being introduced for the washing that happens with pure water.

Phase 3
The third phase foresees a further rigorous selection of the clean and ready fruit to be calibrated
Phase 4

The calibration is one of the most important phases because it allows us to offer a product with a quality equal uniform from fruit to fruit

Phase 5

In end to package the fruit in various formed by the cassettes in wood to those of cardboard or plastic in base to the demands of our clients
